Josh did an amazing job laying porcelain tile on our floors downstairs, bedroom, Bathroom & steps. He is meticulous on his work & only uses the best supplies. He is great to work with, has great ideas & gets the job done before moving onto another project. We highly recommend Josh & his crew. We wouldn't even consider anyone else. Thanks Josh for everything. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Josh and his crew are very professional. Josh was quick to respond to all texts and he and his crew were on time as promised. They came in and tiled our half bath and laundry room and were very efficient and were very conscientious in taking care to not damage our walls or hardwood floors. They cleaned everything up and no one would even know that we had any type of remodeling done after they left. We will use this company again and recommend them to anyone that is wanting work done.

We really needed to remodel the inside of the house top to bottom and had no idea where to start. Im not a builder and had no idea how the process worked or how much anything cost. The folks at JW Floors were amazing and we fell in love with them right away. They always answered our questions, gave us trade offs, helped us with colors and things cost what they said they would cost. We are almost a year in to living in our new home and have not had any reason to follow up - workmanship is top notch and every conversation we had during the remodel was met with if it were my house, this is howd Id do it. I just cant express how happy we are and so glad we went this direction.

I awoke on a sleepy Saturday morning to a wet spot in the middle of my living room ceiling. The almost 100 year old plumbing had developed a pin whole leak in a galvanized fitting. The way the piping was notched into the top of the rafters made it impossible to get a wrench on the pipe without first tearing up the relatively new flooring in the upstairs bathroom. Josh and Dave looked at the job. Replacing the old water pipes with a new PEX system run back to the water heater through the living room ceiling was the best solution, and should last forever. Josh was able to coordinate the plumber, Joshs drywall experts, and true craftsmen Dave and Justin to rehang the crown molding for a perfect look and fit. Each stage was scheduled so the steps to completion followed in quick succession. Before I reached out to Josh, I had very poor luck in finding a Contractor who was not booked up for months and wanted to take on such a small a job. JW Flooring came through for me when no one else would. I enthusiastically recommend JW Flooring. Their skill level in a wide variety of areas is admirable. They handled any unexpected problems with ease.

I was searching for an honest, reputable, and professional company to remodel my 1962 Mid Century home for resale starting last February. Being familiar with the Carroll community I was directed to J.W Floors and Remodeling by a friend who was more than satisfied with their work. If I could give them more stars I would, and for many reasons: 1. Their crew was upfront, professional, courteous, and fun to work with. They were at my home when they said they'd be there and they left their workplaces spotless when they left. It was a no stress job because I didnt have to worry about no shows nor did I have to clean up after everyone was gone. 2. There were no hidden costs. Everything was upfront and documented well so there were no surprises. 3. Some of the best in the business did my work. Dave was hands down the best drywaller I ever saw, and Josh is a MASTER tile installer. It was all perfection. 4. When you remodel, not much is funny; but with Dave, Josh, and Shauna, that all changed. They took a stressful time and made it pretty much light hearted after a long day working then coming home to a remodel. I was so grateful for the camaraderie. My advice to you is to book these folks first when you need floors or a complete remodel, especially a bathroom. But you better act fast because they are in high demand for such a young company. I cannot recommend them more!
