Repaired and replaced defective structural post to patio roof. The roofline dropped 12 on one side (see attached photo). The complexity was genuinely unique. In one day, two very skilled workers installed scaffolding like foundation for jacks to raise the dropped roof section. Amazingly, no residue damage was done to the actual roof and siding. One of the best parts of working with them is they perform all the work themselves including tile, flooring, dry wall, demolition, plumbing, electric, painting, fixture and cabinet installation, etc. You never have to wait for subcontractors nor worry about the quality of work by others. We have a 12 year history with Tubaugh Remodeling. In that time they have remodeled/renovated an area of our home 4 separate times, the latest being this last month. We discovered them in 2007 at which time they did a major renovation to our home and we found them to be hardworking, highly skilled perfectionists who are very knowledgeable in their craft. In addition to the 4 major projects they had completed for us they have assisted us in several minor projects over these past years. They are very accommodating and there doesn't seem to be anything they cannot do. We expect them to do an outstanding job and they always exceed our expectations. In addition, they are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We can recommend them without any reservations.

We hired Bruce for a 2nd opinion after an inspection and I'm so glad we did! He saved us from making what would have been the biggest financial mistake in our lives...so far..lol. He is such an honest and hard-working man who knows his stuff! He has my trust 100% and we will always use him for a professional opinion and renovation work in the future!
