        We first met Steve and Joanne in early 2021 while we were considering building in the new Zwayer Woods development in Lithopolis, OH. Both Steve and Joanne were very accommodating to my wife and I showing us all of the lots and explaining the process. They hosted us in their home to review floor plans, things we were looking for, and were able to tailor plans to fit our needs. We were able to see a variety of homes they were building that were at different stages of the build process so we could see first hand the quality of foundations, framing, electrical, HVAC/plumbing, and finish work that they put into their homes. Although our housing situation ended up taking us in a different direction, I look forward to see the final product that Zwayer Woods is about to become and wish Steve and Joanne nothing but the best!
