Rachel was amazing to work with. She helped us open ( and close) a business account when running for a political position. Walked in today to make a simple transaction had to wait despite having a full staff ... Not efficient.... My teller transaction was efficient but then I had a question in regards to a product I was interested in the teller messaged another employee that was working at the desk I waited around in the lobby then moving to the front door only to be then greeted by the employee that was messaged... There seems to be some training issues.. as consumers of bank products we have other choices when it comes to banking and PNC seems to have lost focus of what matters most customer service and educating to assist with obtaining our financial goals

Been a customer for over 10 years. If you physically go inside, be Patient: CoVid slowed every business down & banks are no exception. If you have to wait to see bank personnel, someone will chat with you & are very friendly. Great, humane experience every time! - Donna.
