Everyone we interacted with - John, Sherri, and Jackie - was professional, thorough, and available anytime we had a question or concern. John offered expert advise and options, beginning with the process of prequalifying and ending with qualifying for a mortgage that was right for us. Sherri walked us through every step of getting through the close and made sure we knew what to do and when. Jackie helped us up front by giving us a thorough list of the documentation we needed to provide for pre-qualification. Getting a mortgage can be a stressful process, but the Deleva Group made it as smooth and easy as it could possibly be.
