Beyond Juicery + Eatery

Jacky and Linda were sweethearts and so kind! They were working very hard and communicated with me about everything on the menu. I enjoyed my experience with them today!

This store is unruly chaos with rude employees. Yesterday myself and another customer walked out because there was no greeting by the staff, and line where no one was served. Both working employees were working but on organizing flyers at the store or unsuccessfully not filling orders, ignoring the line. When I asked if there will be service, it was stated to me that theyll get to me when theyre ready. As I walked off, employee kept screaming at me as I walked off. This is a very surprising and disturbing way to treat customers. I wont be supporting this brand anymore.

I will not be ordering Beyond on DoorDash anymore only going in person. This is the second time I order the Mango bowl, and it isnt cheap (even more on DoorDash) for it to get sent to me, and not even fill up half of the container, and with no granola or coconut flakes I feel taken advantage of and unsatisfied. I will only be going in to the store now where they dont do this to you.

stopped in this morning and ordered a cosmic dream acai bowl, i received the mango passion bowl and it was barely half full, mostly being granola. be sure to double check your order before leaving!
