Edgecliff Apartments

Absolutely disgusting, nothing is taken care of or works, tons of bugs even being on the 4th floor. I can't wait to be out of my lease

Edgecliff Apartments in Lakewood may be in a great area and have all the character you are in search of, but renting here is a mistake. The management can be rude, and will make sure that they put their mistakes back on you. If something in your apartment stops working or needs fixed they will find a reason to make it your fault, rather their own, and they will take way longer than necessary to fix it. We had a leak that caused damage in our unit that took them over a month to completely fix and get back to normal. We only lived here for a year before realizing it was a mistake and needed to get out. we had way more issues than this one. Simply, just don't rent here, you will and can find something better in Lakewood.
