The landlord is rude and very dishonest the apartment I rented for $775 a month was infested with mice and roaches.

Never ever try to go there. You will be in trouble with landlord. The place is not well maintained and there are bed bugs everywhere. I wanted to give -100 stars but I could not do it unfortunately. The owner is very rude with tenants specially with new refuges or new arrivals. The owner thinks she is the owner of ohio state.

I would like share my honest experience about this apartment and the owner I did not like this apartment from the very beginning because it was very old, smelly, too many roaches and bed bugs were already all over this apartment, we were new in the US, Catholic charity was in charge to resettle us in Lakewood, they took advantage of our condition to force us stay in that apartment, we had no choice but to consent to the lease agreement which was way far being fair ) non refundable security deposit), for several months my family and I couldnt work because my social security card and employment card was not issued yet, we struggled a lot but no one cares, Just want to say some people only worship money, they never feel or understand other people hardship.
