        Super quiet inside our apartment. Super clean building. Very nice staff and occupants. Free coffee is a plus!

        The building on the outside was nicely kept, BUT when you tour the units. The actual apartments are poorly maintained and dated. The appliances in the kitchen, the whole kitchen, and each bathroom are all original from when they built the building. For $1600-$1900 per month its only fair that the apartments should be more Modern and have appliances from this decade.
