The service here is excellent and convenient for my medical needs. The young lady I believe her name is shante. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel so blessed to have this service in my community!

I've been trying to get filled paperwork for medical supplies from them for MONTHS and they continue to not do it. Every time I call or show up in person, they take notes to give to the nurses and the nurses ALWAYS fax it to the wrong place. I don't understand how I could be any clearer when I'm literally giving them the fax number, name, and company to send it to every single time. It cannot be that hard

I am reposting as a new review so admin gets notified again.This place is a joke my wife and I have called for 2 days to reach the dentist office and they say they will call back and don't. Can't even get then to pick up the phone on the dental side and after reading the reviews and seeing the photographs I won't be allowing any of my family members to do business at this place ever for even a common cold or a check up. (UPDATE) Two weeks later and nobody at all has tried to reach out to me as they say they will when they respond to reviews.This place does not respect anybody or their health it's nothing more than a children's daycare for adult employees. (UPDATE#2) I still haven't received a call from administration after 2 months I get a call waking me up at 9am on a Sunday morning asking me to confirm an appointment I NEVER scheduled. This is the worst ran office I have ever been involved with and I already found a wonderful dental office and had ALL my problems addressed and would never consider this location. Everyone should give ARLINGTON DENTAL a call it was the most wonderful office and experience I have ever had. Can't say enough nice things about their professional employees or the skill and knowledge of their dental staff

I'm happy with most of the services at AxessPointe, however there is a lady who awnsers the phone do take down appointment times and help you schedule. Her name is Diane and she is very rude. I am supposed to be getting a call back from the supervisor. Apparently, he is in a meeting. We will see if he actually calls. Three times now I have called to schedule and I have dealt with her attitude. She needs to change the way she speaks to patients. She must have forgot she had a job because of people like me. About to go to a new place to do my M.A.T. medication.
