I was sick with covid in the hospital and couldn't cancel my appointment. To get an appointment I have to call and wait for a cancellation... This place is a joke. Thanks for being understanding.

I came in to get an abcess tooth pulled and I was asked if I was a drug user or a crack head because of how bad my teeth are. Then when I tried to explain all the reasons who my teeth are the way they are, I was told I was lieing. Then I was told I was to loud and scaring their clients. When they did pull the tooth they cracked the one next to it. Worst service ever

Always get a second opinion. Was told I needed extensive dental work. Thankfully, I went to another doctor for a second opinion. I was surprised to hear completely different news and extremely relieved. My teeth including my current crown were perfect….. No need for extensive and unnecessary work. Their x-Ray machines at Refresh do not give clear images.

First time when I went, suddenly 9 cavities (Annual check up after relocating) I don’t get cavities.. then didn’t even clean my teeth it was right after lunch.. they did 4 fillings the same day..
then on .. I needed a crown. They ruined my tooth shape, forgot to take an impression of my original Tooth before the root canal. Got stuck with a big bill and my retainer not fitting the new large tooth. It was the short female dentist, hopefully she’s gone by now.
I had my friend go to them, again suddenly so many cavities, then they went to another dentist in a short span, ZERO cavities seen in the X-ray. They seem to just lie and make up issues. Reading all these reviews I wanted to speak up as well.

Ravenna , OH location- Zero stars
Never even got the chance. Sad. Was really looking forward to taking my daughter as well as advising 2 other families. The day of her appointment i got a call saying no one was in for the appointment. One in labor and the other...idk.
So can I reschedule? No. "We don't know when we will have anyone" (huh?)
Uhm should I call back? "no" (end of sentence. HUH?)
Will you call me to reschedule? "Sure" (I'm not feeling confident)
That was June 29th. Still no call. I called today. No answer. Several times.
They better not have billed my insurance.
Then I read on here someone was in the parking lot for their appointment and they were closed w no call.
Terrible. Goodbye
