College Towers Apartments

are you interested in spending your money to live without heat, hot water, and roaches? Well look no further! College Towers is just the place for you! I moved in on January 4th, 2024 to be greeted by the smelliest dishwasher. I thought, okay, no problem, it was probably just the old tenants. I got the problem fixed, the dishwasher drained (it was full of food) but then, gnats and spiders erupt. They were everywhere, I even noticed some spiders painted into the wall. I spent a whole day just trying to get rid of them, killing over 30 spiders and 50 gnats. But that was no problem, youll get gnats, you just have to be clean, I thought. I was wrong, I was never able to get rid of the gnats and spiders, the more I killed, more kept coming. From the moment I walked in, the heat didnt work. I reported this on my first day here. It took maintenance men a total of six, 5 hour work days to get it close to actually running. As i stand in this apartment right now, Im freezing. The second day I was here, maintenance offered a space heater, and of course I said yes. Ive never seen this space heater or heard of it ever again. I then checked the rest of the apartment for flaws, and lo and behold, the shower didnt work. it let out drips and drips and water, freezing cold water. and the hot water in the sink failed to run too. Again, I let CT know the day that I moved in. As I type this message on January 15th, eleven days after Ive moved in, the shower still does not work. They have fixed the shower twice now, where they simply just walked away from my broken shower, telling me they fixed it. It has pressure now, but just as youd imagine, its freezing cold. it is 5 degrees outside; there is no reason anybody should have to go without heat or hot water. Maintenance men have been in and out of my space, having no regards for it whatsoever. Ive seen a total of at least 6 maintenance men, and not a single one of them know what theyre doing. I spent 8 days, making time for these men to come in and fix what shouldve already been fixed. Today, I had to call off work to be here when they could because they refused to reschedule, and said my timeframe starting at 12:30 and ending at 5 made it inconvenient for them.. inconvenient for them.. i work every day early in the morning and I dont get back until 12pm. but me spending the remainder of my days watching them walk in and out and not know what theyre doing, isnt even a minor inconvenience, no. i thought, this is a losing battle, ill just let them come in when im not there. later that day, i found I made a huge mistake. when i got home that evening, my floors in front of my heaters were soaking wet, and not with water either. four of my outlets were no longer working and there was heater oil covering the carpet, and was even smeared on my brand new, white bed cover. of course, my socks were ruined but at least they fixed the heater. but they never did. the maintenance manager came back and said that its running to half of its potential, which is good enough. its been 5 days since he said that, and im still freezing.

Lift hardly works.very dirty in the lobby and the lift..you can see poo of dogs and cat everywhere.The hot water comes so latelyand so many stupid things
