As a newer resident here I regret signing a lease here. The complex is so unbelievably loud. All I can hear all day and all night is the other residents stomping up and down the stairs with their dogs letting them pee and poop in my section of grass. It sounds like the upstairs neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling at any moment. So loud that my child has been woken up. I filed a complaint about the noise and it got worse. Ive even had the displeasure of hearing them use the bathroom!! The doors in and out of the complex are obnoxiously loud, the carpet in the entrances are disgusting. Paying rent online has been a difficult process. Taking the trash out is always a frustrating task because there is always a pile of trash outside the dumpster. There has been a rotting pumpkin sitting inside my building, then outside the door for months. The day I was supposed to move in, management gave me the wrong code to access the building so I had to ask another resident to let me in because I could not get ahold of anybody in management to give me the correct code. With all of these things taken into consideration the rent is way overpriced. The only positive thing I have is that the maintenance crew seems to be very timely and efficient.

We are a recent move in. So far its great, maintenance was called came immediately to install something I purchased they were fast & efficient
