I have been trying to reach you for a number of weeks now and so has my wife. No one has ever returned our calls, so I wrote a message through your website. STILL no reply.
You replaced the roof on our house for my wife before we were married (under her maiden name). We are having issues with the rear roof leaking over our back door. We would like you to fix it please.

We purchased a home February 2020 and along with the purchase came a letter from Mike Priebe stating that there are roof concerns and due to the weather, they cannot be corrected until the spring which is understandable. I contacted the office as well as Mike personally for months to try to get them to my home to correct the roof. It was not until OCTOBER 2020 that they finally showed up to check the concern. The concern was not corrected and they stated that they would be back to fix it. It is currently June 2021 and my roof is still leaking causing additional damage to my porch ceiling. I have been attempting to contact this company on a daily basis with no return calls or communication. Service: Roof repair
