Mc Coy Plumbing Co LLC

We have an underground leak. After McCoy couldn't find it they recommended a company that specializes in finding those. They came out and clearly marked the location of the leak. It has literally taken weeks for McCoy to call and see if underground utilities were located there. However we were promised that Cathy from McCoy was going to contact OUPS and they would let us know today. Today we were told that the leak may not be there (how would they know they couldn't find it in the first place) and they would have to look and if they had to dig it would be $1900. I am contacting another plumber. I have lost all confidence in them.

Responded fast and had good prices. They arrived when they said they were going to be there.

Wont call anyone else now. Guys were here on time. Were done in a very timely manner. Was charged less than quoted.
