        Wow wow wow!! Great service and commitment. Nick and his new trainee did a great job installing our new sub pump with a sturdy steel one that will last for years to come. I had to work with our warranty company which first refused to replace it even though Nick had notified them on his first visit that the pump just went out and had did his job. After days of going back and forth with the warranty company they gave approval for the sump pump replacement. I Also wanna thank Lanae at Zoom's Drain office for the follow-ups with me and the warranty company. " I highly recommend and refer their services to others. Oh by the way they cover their shoes so they won't mess up your floors.
