DO NOT WORK HERE!! The management will take advantage you, as well as make you seem like the bad guy for your reactions to there lack of management skills. They treat there employees as if they are lesser, not equals. The environment is toxic to be around, when youre trying to get alittle help in a room or to even use the bathroom(good luck on that). Over all not a great place to work!

Both of my kids have attended here. We began 7 years ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. Both my kids had many seasoned teachers who went out of their way to partner with me and my spouse to help our kids learn and address some little behavioral challenges along the way. Management has always heard any minor concern Ive had, and they have been extremely flexible with changing work schedules and care needs, much more so than other daycares per the experiences of my friends with children elsewhere. If you want a place that is communicative, caring, planful and dedicated at a reasonable cost, LPA Hilliard is it.

Both my kids have been going to La Petite. The teachers are fantastic and both the kids love it there.

My kids have been going here for about 4 yrs now. Let me say this to all parents- During Covid 19 this daycare was extremely compliant w/ Federal & State guidelines. The center has been consistently clean, the leadership is always attentive and professional, the staff amazes me every day on how much they truly care & nurture my kids. If there is a slight concern the teachers & leadership actually listen, & if there is any behavior issues with my kids there is always a plan of action that suits home and school. They also have cameras in the classroom which helps any parent who may feel uneasy. You can count on this center to be better than any other center in Columbus! Top notch & always recommend to anyone looking!

I am so happy I chose La Petite Hilliard as my son's daycare. I've had only positive experiences. My son is in the one-year-old class and all of the teachers are wonderful. My son is completely happy at La Petite and looks forward to going everyday. I appreciate all of the updates I get via the app and I appreciate the hard work the staff puts into planning and organizing special family-oriented events or "date night" events. And the price is very reasonable -- I researched a lot of daycares and La Petite Hilliard was definitely the best of all worlds. Thank you so much for creating a nurturing environment for my son.
