So since they switched over to the new boost app it worked for like 5 days and hasn't worked since saying " Pardon for the dust the boost app is trash"

Worst coustom service ever! Not professional!

Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Complete incompetence. Switching to Verizon.

Not helpful. Went to a smaller T-Mobile and they were able to address and assist with the issue I was having.
