        Get experience! They ran out of checks, so the manager got us set up with a money order free of the extra charge! Very polite.

        I've been with US Bank for 30 years and never been so mad at their poor customer service as I was today. I waited in line for 25 minutes to make a cash deposit while the only available teller spent the majority of the time on the phone. It was after 5pm when she got off the phone and 3 people in the 10-deep line had given up. Absolutely ridiculous. Looking for a new bank starting now.
