        The best thing about this branch is that all the employees are Spanish speaking. That's a relief when it comes to investments.

        Terrible service! Had an appointment at 1pm with Andrea and she had us waiting for 30min. After she had asked for my husbands name to confirm we were there she kept on taking other customers. We decided to leave and after a few minutes she called us and had the audacity to ask why we didnt let her know we had left, that she had other people waiting on her! Excuse me? Is our time not important as well?? Thank you Andrea for representing US Bank!
