      image I got sick on Mother's Day and had to cancel my plans. Lucky that Panera was open and we ordered Uber Eats Family Feast with Cookies. The food came so fast and everything was fresh and taste great. We chose to get one of each sandwich including chicken chipotle, turkey bravo, mediterranean veggie and steak and cheese and the chocolate chip cookies are scrumptious. *drinks cost extra

      image This was my first post-Covid Panera experience. Things have definitely changed. $41 for 2 people to eat! My goodness. I was shocked by the sliver of baguette I received! They are thinner and shorter than they used to be. The cashier was excellent, but the staff behind the food counter preparing our food were so-so. I asked a question and didn't get a polite reply. For $40, you really need to step up your game. Not worth it. Oh and where are the lemon slices????

      image I got the strawberry poppyseed salad and the strawberries were moldy and there was hair in my food. On top of that there were 6 line cooks and it took 20 minutes just to get my salad. It's absolutely ridiculous and I will never come here again. This isn't the first time that I had a bad experience here either. Normally the service isn't very good here. It normally takes a long time to get my food and they always have this attitude that they are really annoyed by the fact that I am here. Frustrating!

      image Very disappointed Even though we ate our lunch in the restaurant we were given plastic to go bowl for soup and plastic container for salad what happen to dine in with porcelain dinnerware and even for lunch size (1/2) the prices are on the pricey side for the portion

      image Walked in, there is no one in line. Guy behind the counter doesn't even bother take my order. I say hello he just stands there staring at the ground. Would be 1 star but this place is usually pretty good.
