I worked for the Paters for 43-1/2 years and they were the best bosses I've ever had. They treat everyone well, and are knowledgeable about their jobs. They are the best!

They gave me referrals to help my specific issues but clearly they didnt want my probate court case that was not true to the divorce decree which left me - after 32 years of marriage signing my half of the historical estate over to my stepdaughter assuming she would honor our divorce decree which my name was on deed w Dr Bryant when we purchased the home we had history with-1997 we bought 5730 pleasant ave, and we had house payments monthly for years. His home was in Hamilton but the value was far from same. Im sure a Fairfield supporter- I graduated from Fairfield in 1972 and the yearbooks have pictures of Homecoming Floats built in the barn. Fairfield alumni and their children carried on the tradition. From the 1960,s 70s and even my sons friends were designing homecoming floats for Fairfield South until 2010 graduation. I understand that time went by 2017-2023. Doc passed away 10-12-21 - I had the Will naming me beneficiary- mr George Johnson had prepared and signed 1997. I dont feel his wishes were honored. Im told to vacate in 30 days (2/2018). Dr Bryant suffered depression from retirement 2008. I left fully furnished home which we kept up - new windows-insulated home-renovated kitchen with granite floors and countertops- painted wrap around tiled porch- over the years - I spent the last couple years watching my husband go downhill physically, mentally and emotionally. He fell too many times- and being a tall strong man who was changing his personality to an angry man who would not let his life be helped- by the time Lincoln was finished with the process of verifying my identity I was to submit a voided check and I certified mail to complete the life insurance claim. This was November 2021 The next day I called and was told mrs davis -poa - claimed the $100,000 and placed it in a Trust. For over a year my daughter and son were both wondering why? Michelle Davis was picking ways to say yes - Im doing what I need to do. So we wait. Auction was held for selling a barn full of tools and wood. My daughter was told she would get her fourth of $44,000 total in a week. Im sure she has added that to Trust. No one has been willing to acknowledge that they would take the time to explain. I wrote to appropriate people who wrote back that they would put my letter on probate agenda. Now after years - I never planned to move! Before that disease or brain bleed? Dave n I were having IRS issues. We agreed to separate the filing of my taxes and his. And we got one lawyer and did. Daughter got involved when doc got confused driving and she didnt even know to take his keys. One fall from bathroom directly on 2nd floor commode was in living room with tv wet and he fell so hard he bled from ears. I called Michelle and he needed examined. Shes a home health aide.

Thanks so much Debi! I have passed along your sentiments to Gerry. I agree with every word, by the way, as Gerry is my father in law and legal mentor.
