        Mark was incredibly helpful to my family. I highly recommend his services. He defended my son in juvenile court and assisted with my sons expulsion appeal. My sons F2 was reduced to a M1 and the school withdrew the decision to expel my son. We didnt even have to attend an appeal hearing. Mr. Rainess retainer was literally a fifth of what another attorney quoted me. Mr. Raines is honest and is compassionate. He was excellent at communicating with me which can be difficult because I work night shift and sleep during office hours. Within two minutes of speaking with him it was evident that he is a very competent attorney and is well versed in both criminal law and educational law. He gave me solid advice and provided me the reassurance and peace of mind my family needed during a very stressful time. I can not thank him enough.
