This place does not care about any of the tenants, purely about just making money. There has been MANY issues with the hot water and heat over a few years and it's gotten worse lately. They send out a maintenance person who only further makes the issue worse by creating a gas leak and makes the fire department evacuate the unit. No hot water or heat for about 6 days now and they are in no hurry to get it fixed.

There are nicer apartments for the same price, if not cheaper. Was told updated apartments at move in, but they were remodeled in 2016 (per pictures of the remodel on their facebook). Moved in and the laminate was chipping off my cabinets in big chunks, tub was rusty from where water doesnt drain properly. Random human hairs were dried into the paint on walls in the bathroom (definitely not brush hairs it, it was curly human hairs) random paint marks on the faucets or on cabinets in kitchen from poor paint job. Just decided to deal with it when we moved in, but definitely marked all the issues on our lease as damages made prior to our move in. You are not paying just the price of rent, you are paying other fees monthly as well as water. So expect about $180 extra onto your rent for a 2 bedroom. You can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors. Especially through your front doors and the room connected or closest to front door. Our front apartment door, the main entrance has been busted for the last month and keeps cracking more. No one has come to replace the door, will eventually bust on someone. Our hot water is SCOLDING HOT or cold. No in between. Most of the time we take very lukewarm showers. We have gotten burns from the hot water. Even if you think the water is at the right temp, the up or down neighbors can flush and make our water scolding hot again. Not very safe for children to shower in with the way it fluctuates. There are mice. They are in the walls and ceilings, you can hear them running through the vents at night. I have not seen any mice running through my actual apartment though. Never used my dishwasher because it looked gross when moving in. Only opened it like twice. One time, it was full of water and flooded all over the kitchen floor. The water came from the sink because the disposal stopped working shortly after moving in. Maintenance fixed it quickly. The only positives weve had is with maintenance and the electric price not being horrible. If you have no where else to go, these apartments are not the worst but there is better. But overall, we want out of here.
