I'm looking for a 2bed and I keep calling and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE NOR WILL EMAIL BACK!!!! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN-F 8AM TO 5PM AND THEY LEAVE TOO FOR HOURS ON END SO THEYRE NEVER IN THE OFFICE WHEN THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE EITHER!!!! I LOVE HOW THEY SIT ON THEIR BUTTS AND WONT HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO LIVE AND GET INDORMATION. THEYRE LACK OF RESPECT AND PURE LAZINESS IS UNCALLED FOR AND IM NOT TAKING IT ANYMORE!!!!! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!!!! IM REPORTING THEM TO PEDCOR NOW!!!! AFTER CALLING PEDCOR, I SPOKE TO A SELENA WHO IS THE PERSON TO SPEAK TO IN THE PEDCOR REPORTING FOR BAD COMPLEXES AND SHE WAS ABLE TO LOOK AND SEE IF THERE WERE ANY 2 BEDS AVAILABLE. SHE TOLD ME THERE ARE NO 2 BEDS AVAILABLE, THERE IS NO WAITING LIST, NO ONE KNOWS WHEN THERE WILL BE ANYTHING AVAILABLE, ITS A 30 DAY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK BC "OH WELL IF THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE THEN THEY JUST WONT TAKE THE TIME TO CALL YOU BACK OR EMAIL YOU AT ALL. HOW UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! THANKS FOR YOUR BEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE THEN DONT EVEN BOTHER BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND IT CLEARLY SHOWS!!!

Was a past resident and loved it when i was there. Looking to move back and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. I have emailed and called with no response.

Very lovely place! However first floor isnt easy.. 2nd floor neighbours have no regards of who living downstairs Besides that the management is very great always in service when you need them
