        I wanted to share an awkward encounter during my recent visit. Arriving at 7 PM to pick up my mobile order, I found the front doors locked. No problemI headed to the drive-thru instead. At the first window, I explained the situation, and the response was a casual oh okay. However, things took an unexpected turn at the second window. The staff refused to hand over my pre-paid order, demanding I come inside. After explaining that I tried to come inside, they told me I had to come in the side door. To my surprise, the manager claimed that the front door belonged to Tim Hortons and wasnt Wendys door. How is anyone supposed to know that? As a district manager in the fast-food industry, I find this confrontation extremely troubling. From other recent reviews it appears the management enjoys picking petty fights over small issues. Extremely uncomfortable for the customers
