      image One of the absolute worst insurance companies ever, love to take your money but the one time you need them cause water is coming into your house by the buckets due to storm damage proven by multiple contractors, they leave you out to dry, 15k out of pocket and not a single dime from insurance or any help. Will definitely be switching, and will continue to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this horrible company!!!

      Dominic,I am so sorry to hear coverage was not afforded for your water situation. It's always one of the toughest parts of my job. Water backup is a very specific coverage that is additional (not mandatory) and is able to be added onto your policy. Please reach our if you'd like to add this coverage to avoid a future denial. This would have happened no matter what company you were at if you did not have that coverage on your policy unfortunately. I hope you understand and know we want to make sure this does not happen again.Tami
