As someone who is self-employed, taxes are usually stressful and challenging; however, Timothy made this experience such a breeze! He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The IRS sent me a letter alerting me that my taxes were not calculated correctly. I reviewed my copy of the tax packet and discovered that income from one employer was not calculated. Although the information was in the packet it was not included on the form 8879. I stopped at the Easy Tax Pro office but it was closed. I followed up with two phone calls that were not answered. I received a text from Mr. Drobnick that said he would return my call. One week later he returned my call. When I explained the situation to him, he immediately replied that the income information was not provided to him. I told him that it was in the packet that he returned to me. His next response was that I should have caught the error during our review. Yes, I should have spent more time with our joint review but, I trusted that their calculations were correct, especially after they twice reviewed the forms. What was troubling was that Mr Drobnick immediately pointed to me as the cause of the error. No apologies, no admission that he errored.

Tim is amazing! And he has snacks and he got us a HUGE tax refund (results may vary). UPDATE: When we filed our 2021 taxes, we did so with Tim because we werent confident in our previous accountant. Tim told us to bring along our prior 2 year tax returns and hed glance at them and see if anything jumped out at him. Something did. We told Tim wed circle back in a few months to sit and go over 2019 & 2020. This evening, Tim and I spent 2 painstaking hours going over the returns uncovering mistake after mistake, one of which resulted in a 4 figure refund because of a decimal point in the wrong place. Tim literally looked at the returns for a few seconds when we filed with him for 2021 and his intuition noticed something that didnt seem right. That is experience bearing fruit.
