        The management at this hotel is top notch! I had an issue with my reservation and they went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I am so greatfull for thier hospitality and customer service! I highly recommend this hotel!!

        I was going to give this hotel 5 stars until they shut the elevator down at 8am for maintenance on a weekday causing all of us to have to carry our bags down the stairs. Who does this? The stay otherwise was fine.

      The elevator was literally shutdown for less than one minute as a fire system test was going on which guests were made aware of by the staff at check in that this would be going on. We apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. No other guests had any issues with this.
