      image Typical story of son inherits father's well built business to end up just being lazy and milking it from a point of safety behind a closed door office leaving his front office staff, that is apparently over-worked, to put out fires. This agent takes no interest in his customers...especially not the ones who have been there for decades. I have been insured with them for 30 years and have not seen or spoken with Shane Mears in person nor have he or his staff advocated for me with carriers. I have only had 2 accidents in all the time I have been with them and our relationship has ended due to administrative neglect and an unwillingness to advocate for their customers. I receive much more attentive and effective service dealing with carriers directly online. It's truly just sad.
