My AC went out so I went to Lennox Parts for help. They couldnt help me but they mentioned Grainger and wow, glad they did. I havent had adult, professional customer service in a while. Refreshing. I went twice in the same day, two different people, great service. Thank you for hiring capable friendly people.

I went here to get a pair of boots for work, was asked by several people if I needed help, said I was good. They left me alone until I needed them. When I was satisfied with my selection and it was time to check out it was a pleasant experience. I don't remember the name of the employee who helped me but receipt says BR1JCT. He was awesome and I won't hesitate to come here again. I have gotten other things here in the past and I have always been happy.

Kelly and the lady that has been employed for five years provided me with exemplary customer service. They were both knowledgeable in the part that I was seeking and also offered solutions to solving my product search. In the end they were able to find and order me the correct part within my timeframe.
