I'm sorry we disappointed you at our store. Yes it is true we only guarantee keys to work that we sell. We do not guarantee keys that customers bring in to us to program. We do program customer’s keys, but you have to prepay for the service of programming and there is no guarantee that it will function. So it comes down to, do you trust the key in your hand and that there is nothing wrong with your body control module, antenna ring & immobilizer in your car. We have seen keys brought in that have been programmed to another car and are locked to the old car, which are not reusable. Some manufacturers allow them to be reused and others don't. We have also seen keys where the suppliers have shipped a key that are incorrect, be it wrong FCC, or wrong chip installed in key head for example. We program 100's of different models of vehicles and each are different, sometimes even in the same year and model of the car are different. So yes we would program your OEM key fob, but the cost of the risk of a key not working falls onto your shoulders not ours. Once again I am sorry you did not agree with our terms of service.Dan Morrow
