Decent employer, strict w compliance as they should. Upon my annual never gave me a raise, stalled me for 3 mos, where not in the office, were working on it,,at our next staff meeting. One of the office manager's, you're not getting it, you're capped after delaying my request for 3mos. Rightfully exited, but the next month via indeed, they're posting rates of $12/13. Communication could be more direct/transparent.
