If I can give ZERO stars I would.im from Florida where its always hot I flew here for a weekend to see my boyfriend thinking it was gonna be a good weekend just to have to BOOK AN hotel because he didnt have any HOT WATER nor HEAT FOR 6 dayssss????? This is insane. No communication what so ever this place is a dump I wouldnt recommend living here to an animal on the street! Pathetic and they dont fix anything. Unacceptable

My daughter and grandchildren live in willow arms they have gone without heat 4 days and still waiting they sent someone out on 1/16/24 the heat clicked on but went out 20min later and she called back to maintance and nothing no callback no nothing,
