I'm going to give you a heads up before you apply so you won't get (robbed for your money at this place), by the managers in the office. People that live there warned me as I was walking in the building about how they operate I didn't listen bc there is always something bad you can say about anything. Here is what's going on before you apply so you won't get money taken from you. They will ask for a security deposit once you give them that. They will tell you, you cannot park on the premises. You will have to park at a church or open parking by Domino's. They say they are working on the garage and sorry for the inconveniences. There are no contractors at all even working on it. Who wants to walk a quarter of a mile to go get their vehicle and it's at lot where you can't even see your vehicle. So of course I asked for my security deposit back immediately. Key words (security deposit) (I haven't signed a lease.) I did not receive my money. I thought about calling 19 News on them. Bottom line they are scamming people and they are money hungry. I haven't put in this message how many other charges they want that come free with anywhere you rent, feel free to ask, I will respond. I recommend you not rent there or just be aware of what you just read about the management.

They towed my moms car after coming up with new rules within a few days. My mom was unaware!!! Also, you have to pay an extra $30 for parking and you cant have guests. And theres only ONE car per apartment. So, for an example, if there is a husband and a wife, and they both have separate cars, both cars cannot be on the lot. There is only one car per apartment!!!
