        Tax prep went fine but I did not receive the senior discount that I have in the past, even though I asked if I was getting a discount. She just ran my card and gave me the receipt with the rest of my paperwork. When I got home if saw I was charged $570. I called Jackson Hewitt main number and asked why I didnt receive a senior discount. I was transferred back to my local office where I was given three different answers and then basically told tough luck. I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager. $570 for 30 minutes work. Most doctors dont make that kind of money.
