        They had a slow computer that crashed three times while I was there. Their e-signature pad didnt work. I had to go back twice because of these issues. I then paid an outrageous $511 to owe more money than ever in my life. I will go elsewhere in the future. My experience with Jackson Hewitt was the worst.
