Black Dog Pizzeria

First time getting this pizza staff was nice pizza was good I did pay $2.50 to add chicken I feel there could have been alittle more also the pizza seemed dry needed more pizza sauce for me but the pizza did have a good flavor and was good I would get it again

The Black Dog (specialty pizza) was PHENOMENAL 5/5 probably top 5 pies in all of Columbus. That leads me to the pep and spicy columbus style I ordered..... felt dry, had hardly any sauce at all. I was really really disappointed in this cause it was the one I was most excited for. 2.5/5 Overall 4/5 experience I'll def ask for a side of sauce with my next attempt at columbus style.

Moved to Ohio recently, i've had some good pizza in other places (Chicago, New Haven, etc...) but i haven't found a good place here that i liked. Black Dog was the 5th or 6th place i've tried here in Columbus and i enjoyed it the most out of all the others in town. Will be coming back for more! I had the new york style pepperonia and garlic knots.

We ordered for the first time tonight and we were not disappointed. We got the Barghest. We ordered NY style and the crust was perfectly balanced with the amount of toppings (which was a lot of meat)! We also tried the garlic cheese sticks and the Stromboli. The garlic cheese sticks were delicious. They were on a thin crust was the perfect amount of cheese and garlic sauce. (Definitely try getting a side of their garlic sauce too for dipping everything!) The Stromboli had so much cheese and the crust was cooked well. We will definitely be back!
