Pat Grove: Allstate Insurance

Definitely not in good hands. Nicole messed up our policy took our cars off when never asked her to touch them. Never put us back on autopay. Been with for 10 yrs never had any issues until with her. She used only one in office as an excuse to messing up. Have messages of her stating its 100% her fault, but she has YET to send our new insurance & our loan company for my car the proof of her mess up so our insurance & car payment has went up. She hung up on the phone with me aswell after trying to address why these changes were made in the first place considering the cars are still not paid in full & HAVE to have full coverage insurance. Very unsatisfied. Have yet to be able to speak to a boss after a week an a half of trying to talk to somebody. Very unprofessional place if you hang up on your customers when YOU messed up, but WE are paying for it.

Customer service is second to none! If I'm in an accident I know that everything will be taken care of on there end. I have been with Allstate for 20 plus years. I switched to a different insurance company once and almost immediately regretted it. 2 months later I switched back to Allstate. Pat Grove is my agent and I am *** percent satisfied.

Mooved to Columbus and needed an agent. Called, met Nicole, found the most sincere, considerate, informative, flexible and knowledgeable representative for an agency I could ever imagine in a city the size of Columbus. Always "looking out" for their clients best interests related to coverage and premium cost. Always available to discuss options for "our" benefit. Highly recommend this agency.
