I recently noticed that I had some fraudulent charges on my 5/3rd checking account, and after logging nearly 10 phone hours futilely attempting to rectify the situation, I decided to visit the local branch. Not only was "Juan" knowledgeable about the (ridiculous) conundrum I was in, but he was patient enough to walk me (figuratively) through the entire process of rectifying my account. If you're in need of some help with your Capital One banking needs, I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and ask for Juan; you'll be glad you did!

I was locked out of my account and was having such a horrible experience trying to call the customer service center with 5/3. I called this branch (which my family and I have gone to for quite some time) and connected with Brian(hope I spelled your name correctly!). Brian was amazing! He was quick to help, recognized what the issue had been and walked me step by step on how to log in on my mobile device, how to reset my password, and made sure all my questions had been answered. I cant speak to 5/3 as a company, but over 90% of my interactions have been with this location and from the tellers to the bankers, its been nothing but a great experience.
