Chase Bank lacks customer appreciation for their time. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for 10 minutes and still no one attended to me. Only after leaving, they called to reschedule. Not a welcoming place for customers.

Spoke to Carolyn on the phone about the euros exchange rate. She checked with a manager and told me there were no fees. Well of course when I get to the bank, it is $8 of fees for every $100. So instead of the rate being the rate, $108= 108 in euros, Chases rate is $116 = 108 in euros. And the teller tried to claim that the rate could have increased by $8 since my call with Carolyn yesterday. Clearly the tellers dont use common sense here. Will not return.
