        I want to give a huge shout out to Zach, Hunter, and Eli from The Grounds Guys of Delaware on the awesome job they did on my front flower beds today! They did, in less than 2hrs, what would have taken me 2 weeks to do on my own. Each of them so respectful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile.         I hired Grounds Guys to regrade my lawn and do a complete lawn install. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. Every step of the way I had to call into the office to ask for updates. We were initially told it would be a month to start our job, but it took closer to two months. When work was started, the Grounds Guys just showed up with no advance notice. The work itself was alright. I was happy with the grading, but there are several patches where grass seed did not grow. I have reached out twice to Grounds Guys over the last month to ask if they would reseed the areas where grass would not grow. Both times I was promised that someone would reach out to me to discuss/investigate. I have yet to hear anything and at this point its too late in the season to plant more grass seed. Overall this has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend using Ground Guys.
