Alfonso was my self-employed yard guy before he got help forming a company. I asked my tall bushes be trimmed a bit from the bottom just to be able to see underneath near the ground & the bushes were left bare like trees with a few branches on top. More than 4 bushes died. He has refused to repair the damage less pay for the damage saying nothing when I mention the damage & then pinning it on his worker that left the company for low pay he added. I advised him employers are responsible for their employees; he had already forgotten his son cut the bushes, not the worker. I'll have to submit to a "small claims court" the expense to replant bushes.

Alfonso and his team are EXCELLENT. We first met Alfonso on a Sunday morning when a giant tree fell in our yard after a storm and blocked our entire driveway. He was at our house in 30 minutes after we called and got that thing chopped up immediately. They are kind, accommodating, fast, and consistent. My yard and porches always look GREAT after he has come. Porches are always blown and left looking fresh. Anytime I need extra hedging or trimming of trees, hes right on it. I appreciate being able to count on him and at a very fair price.

Me being a former employee as of today was fired due to the fact I was unable to work due to a medical injury I was told to go home for the rest of the day due to a minor disagreement with management then texted 15 minutes after I left and told to return company phone in order to receive my following check this Friday. I was just made a foreman a month and a half ago and wouldve been with this company for a year coming August 2020. I am the only minority employee they have in their company and I have dealt with discrimination against my age, my beliefs and my work. I worked hard to earn the foreman title due to the fact I wanted to have control of my safety due to the fact that most if not all of their employees use drugs and alcohol on the clock and off the clock at the shop. None of their equipment is up to date The mowers leak oil in the yards and gasoline in the yards they hire anyone and everyone that they can and do not make sure that the people that they are hiring have the experience and or know how to operate the equipment at these properties. The only reason why I remained employed with this company is so I could support and take care of my family during this pandemic which they also do not in force their employees to wear masks in the vehicles and or require all employees to report Or properly record their temperatures every day while attending work. Currently none of the vehicles at their department are up-to-date in safe to operate also none of the vehicles have air-conditioning due to the fact that is A non-necessity currently working through the summer. As said above me being a foreman was not properly paid being a foreman before I was assigned to take over responsibility It took about a month before they decided to start paying me the correct hourly wage as a foreman of $15 an hour. I do not give this review as of bitterness of the decision the company made against me but to give word to any customer or business looking for lawn care and landscaping but to double take and or double check your decisions and choices on the businessOr a company you decide to go with and ask for any employee or personnel looking for a job I highly encourage to avoid this company
