I really like this office, I transferred from another doctor and Dr. Joshi has been more understanding, and empathetic than the doctor I had before. He answered all my questions. I got an appointment quickly, and felt the staff were appropriately attentive.

I would advise finding another eye doctor. The staff at this place has a general lack of concern for the patient. If you want good patient care go somewhere else.

I called to get date I saw him. First girl says Ive never been there. YES! It was prob 2019 I saw. 2nd lady says they got some system called Athena in 2021 that shows Ive never been there. But when they go back to 2019, it shows my records, but nothing else. I said, Oh yes, I was there & he did all kinds of exams & tests. She said she couldnt find it, but MAYBE my records were pulled & packed away since its been SO LONG since Ive been there 2019??? REALLY? With Covid for almost a whole year? So I said, let me look if I have a prescription for glasses in MY files. Yep, 6/20/2019. HE wrote the prescription. Thats funny, we have no record of you being here. . I said, well, THAT just confirms why I WONT be coming back to you. She said ok & hung up.
