Ive been going to the eye dr for almost 10 years and never had an issue until this place tried to read my eye pressure with an archaic machine from the 90s that spits a puff of air into your eye. Its almost impossible not to blink. My eye Dr that I normally go to has state of the art equipment & im always in & out. This place cant even read your eye pressure so you can get a simple updated prescription. What a joke!!!!! What a waste of my time! Stay away!

The staff onsite is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The issue is they do not have a doctor on site. If you have any changes or need a follow up you have to go to different sites. The virtual doctor visit itself was not great but not terrible. It feels like you get cheated out of seeing an actual doctor but he wrote a prescription for me. The issue is the new contacts caused irritation and I cant schedule another appointment with the facility. They are making me to to the mall to schedule a second exam to wear contacts that had previously prescribed and that I have been wearing for the last 5 years. Just frustrating business strategy with not having doctors at all locations.
