        Great location, good price, awesome staff. We stayed for the 4/8/2024 solar eclipse. The hotel was full but the staff & services were great still - they were ready for the rush. I wish the Concierge Lounge is larger - but I think for their size it should be fine. Rooms: The room we stayed in was great, updated, and comfortable. The only thing I can complain a little about is that the chair for the desk is uncomfortable - so it is not advisable to work/study from your room, go to the lobby (or Concierge Lounge on the 6th floor is you have access) instead.

        I recently stayed at the Marriott at the University of Dayton. I liked the comfort of the beds in my room. The hotel is also conveniently located near the university and other attractions.

      I wish the Concierge Lounge is larger - but I think for their size it should be fine.
      Rooms: The room we stayed in was great, updated, and comfortable.
