Came to Dayton to watch the 2024 eclipse and picked the Courtyard Dayton North due to availability. We got so lucky picking this hotel for this event. Delilah and Heather were both so nice and helped me with my Gold status late check out and informing us of additional benefits the hotel had for its guest. The team here held an Eclipse event providing a great burger and brat spread with all the fixings and sides. Prices for hotels across Ohio were expensive due to the Eclipse, so the Courtyard Dayton North team really went above and beyond to add more value to its customers with the higher rates. Lastly, this hotel literally had the best fitness center of any Courtyard Marriott Ive ever been toand Ive stayed at a lot through the years. Stay here with confidence that youll enjoy your stay!

Room smelled like a cesspool, staff unhelpful and desk person could care less. Not your usual clean courtyard with polite, helpful staff. Stay elsewhere

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! We left a bag behind accidentally, they helped us go through their online system to have it shipped to our home (so quickly, in fact, that it arrived home before we did!) The manager who packed the box took great care and not a single item arrived damaged.
In addition to the desk staff, the hotel restaurant staff was extraordinarily kind and accommodating, they were out of many items, but made sure that we still had a delicious meal.
Very pleased with our stay here!

Great location! Rooms are beautiful.
Rooms: Rooms are nice and clean
Food & drinks: Bistro restaurant/bar has Starbucks inside
Noteworthy details: Gym, pool. Very nice. Tons of restaurants nearby

Great location, lover the staff and the breakfast was amazing. I definitely will stay here next time I am in town.
Rooms: Not the best I seen, it looks a bit updated, and it could improve on their cleaning practices.
