After 6 weeks of joining I feel much vitality and motivation, just the push I need to keep going to reach goal or even surpass it. Glad I clicked that Instagram add cause normally I bypass ads.

My experience working with Christian was awesome. And in my years of upper age. I learned new ways to exercise my body that I had not learned before. It was very good for my overall conditioning. , Knowing my knees were not in great shape. I several new ways to make gains. The exercises are going to benefit me for a long time.

Christian is top-notch. Hes not only knowledgeable and experienced in kettlebell training, but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. He's helped me to better my form and push myself beyond what I thought was possible, all while ensuring that I'm training safely and effectively. If youre looking to strength train in a supportive environment then this is the gym for you.

Bellbender training is a great place to get both an awesome workout & mobility routine and a comprehensive diet accountability plan all in one. I highly recommend Christian as a fantastic trainer (and person!). If you're looking for a straightforward plan to get back in good shape & to stay in good shape, this is the place to go.
