Ive trained with Coach Sads for years. He is one of the best coaches around. Honest, and gives it to you strait, doesnt beat around the bush. He pushes you to what you think your limit is, and he brings out the extra you need to get that last rep or to set a PR.

I've known Sadds since college and once he opened up paradise sports performance I sought him out whether it was strength training or my running form or nutrition to get me to qualify for Boston Marathon this upcoming October 2024. Since December 2023 to currenty (February 2024) I've lost 8.4% body fat and I went from deadlifting 65lbs to 175lbs. I run 3-4 times a week and with the huge change in my weights. I feel so much stronger as a runner when facing 14-16 mile runs. I would defintely recommend coming here to seek out any goals you are trying to accomplish because within 2 months I've not only gained strength but my body has changed in so many positive ways!

With only 2 months so far with coach sads, I have noticed the best differences with my body and my overall health. And working out is fun now!!! This is the best place to go no matter if youre a beginner like me!

I love paradise sports performance Since I started a few months ago my vertical has gone up 6inches

Brendon is top notch on helping achieve whatever goals you are going for! He pushes you and is encouraging at the same time. He has helped me personally overcome so many obstacles with my exercise goals and also my son with his personal growth in his sport. His is a top notch guy! The facility is also top notch.
