Location: EASTON in Columbus, OH Shopping at ARITZIA was a lovely experience! Every staff member was helpful and attentive to the style of dress that I was looking for. The place was clean and easy to shop throughout. The quality of clothing in my opinion is great, which makes the prices worth it.

Im very surprised by the negative reviews. I visited the store for the first time in December 2023. I enjoyed the atmosphere and received great service. The natural and environmental fabrics made me happy. Its a cut above fast fashion. I admittedly bought nothing in the store but bought the clothes online; so, I cant speak to the dressing rooms. Im from Cleveland where we have terrible retail stores. I think people in Columbus might not know they have a good thing.

Don't buy online until you read the return policy! And even if you have followed the directions, you will only get a store credit. And if they do not have in stock the item you want to exchange (for a different size), they will only offer a store credit. And you have to pay shipping both ways

She helped me pick out outfits that suited my preferences and body type, making the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, allowing me to try on items comfortably. The checkout process was efficient, and I appreciated the various payment options available. Overall, Aritzia provided a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience that left me satisfied with my purchases. I will definitely comeback.
